HNQ-3
Rectification mode: full wave
Applicable to 440V and below power levels (440V, 380V, 220V, 110V, etc.).
It can be used in the energy consumption braking (DC braking) circuit of three-phase motor not greater than 7.5kw440v (380V). Under the condition of occasional braking, it is applicable to 11kw440v (380V) motor at most.
One specification shall be reduced for 220V (200V) three-phase motor, and two specifications shall be reduced for 110V (100V) three-phase motor.
The input end of the device can be set with a suitable transformer or a suitable resistance in series (or a resistance in series at the output end).
The output terminal of the device shall be connected to the motor terminal through a group of contactor contacts, and it is not allowed to be directly connected to the motor terminal.
There is a protection circuit inside the device, which can withstand large current impulse and voltage sudden change without damage, but it is not allowed to short circuit the output terminal during operation.
Maximum allowable input voltage: ac470v
Allowable long-term output current: IO = dc80a (when the temperature of the heat sink is not higher than 80 ℃)
Output characteristic (current time): i2t = 10000 a for 2 seconds (t = 1s)
Operating ambient temperature: 0 ~ 45 ℃
