New circuit architecture

The MOS tube that carries the high current and the low-voltage CPU are completely separated into two circuit boards, the upper layer is the CPU board, and the lower layer is the MOS board. The lower-layer MOs board is upgraded to 20Z copper cladding technology, and cooperates with the tin stacking process to enhance more current capacity and stronger temperature resistance; the upper-layer CPU board uses a stronger power chip to prevent damage caused by surge impacting the CPU.

New design structure

All detection points of Mosfet are mechanical switches, which will not be affected by oil pollution; the newly designed trigger switch allows players to DIY micro-stroke triggering; the trigger stop position is the cross section of the circuit board, which has a longer service life and a stronger degree of resistance. The upper and lower modular design of the electronic fire control makes it more convenient to upgrade the circuit function and maintain; the new upper and lower fixing method is firmly fixed by only three screws.

Not only can the AUTO and SEMI gears be set independently, but also the SAFE gear can be set. There is no need to install the thrust rod for locking the gun inside the gear box. We can use electronic safety switch without installing block-thrust rod structure, which will use program power off to completely replace safety structure. The safety gear can also be set as a shooting gear, on the rifle, three functional gears can be achieved at the same time: single shot, double-stroke single-shot, and continuous shooting. The independent functions of the three gears can be quickly set， just in a few seconds, it is much more convenient to use.

The gear detection and trigger switch are nowlong-life micro-signal switches, which avoids the influence of gear grease pollution and ultraviolet interference on the fire control operation. The installation is simpler, and it is more friendly to ordinary users to install and debug. It is also more convenient to replace and maintain in the future, you only need an electric soldering iron to replace it yourself.

The adjustable braking force program is compatible with different quality motors, which can effectively improve the heating situationof low- and medium-torque motors. Of course, we still recommend using high-quality motors, which will get better performance and experience.

Provides up to 10 gears of preload travel options for the ladder, different gearbox can be adjusted to a suitable preload position, and low RPS gearbox can also achieve faster trigger firing response. Theoretically, by appropriate setting,the 15rps gearbox trigger response time can be shortened from about 70ms to about 15ms-30ms,get a firing delay close to 30+RPS without modifying the gearbox configuration.It not only retains the mild and friendly RPS that complies with the regulations of the field, but also obtains a high-performance firing response, and also reduces the heat of the motor.

For thehigh RPS gearbox, it is also possible to obtain the RPS that meets the requirements of different fieldsthrough the RPS electronic speed limit function, and this function will not affect the service life of the ETU.

Added voltage protection for 9.6V battery,now with settings,you canprevent the battery(7.4V, 9.6V and 11.1V)from being damaged by over-discharge. It supports the magazine feeding of the gel ball gearbox, and the pre-feeding function is added. The circuits of pre-feedingand voltage protection are independent, if the hardware is damaged, the program can be used to turn off these functions, and only the functions are completely shielded, it won’taffect regular shooting,which will reduce the repair rate, the pre-supply module supports a maximum current of 15A, and can support modification ofthe motor withextremely high speed.

Double-layer motherboard structure designseparate the trigger switch from the main circuit board, more scientific trigger limit structure,it completely solves the situation of the previous three-legmicro-switch beingcrooked and interrupted,and more convenient for DIY modification,simple modification of the triggercan achievemicro-travel firing.
