1. Can I make some changes on the original designs or Can you factory make the dress by MY OWN DESIGNS?Absolutely OK! Here we offer OEM service, customers can supply us their own designs or make some changes on our original designs. For the changed designs, the price is discussible. 2. Color Mismatch The settings of your computer screen may alter the color of the pictures shown on Oumeiya Store. Slight color mismatches between the color of your dress and the color shown on screen may not mean that the dress is defective or misshipped. Usually color is ok, but sometimes color mismatch can not be avoided, if you are very very serious with the color, please tell us firstly before ordering, We will offer you some suggestions according to your cases. 3. About Custom Duty or Tax
We will not pay for any custom duty or import tax. In most time, the buyer need not pay any customs. We will declare it as a sample and write a low value to help avoid the tax. But sometimes in some countries, the customs officer may be strict. Please check out the customs policy at your own place, such as Greece,Italy, Brazil, Egypt,Chile, etc.
If you are from Brazil or Chile, please leave us message of your Tax Registration Number or CPF NUMBER when you place order.
4. Minimum Order Quantity
1 piece. Before your wholesale order, we would like to accept your sample order to chek our quality and service. Sure, more quantity, you can get more favourable price. 5. Packing
Usually we use plastic bag to pack each dress. For some big quantity, we pack each dress with plastic bag firstly, then pack all of them in big cartons. If you have special requirements on packing, please feel free to tell us, we will try our best to meet your requirements. 6. Payment Methods
Payment Methods online we accept Escrow, Credit Card, Western Union, Money Gram, Bank Transfer, Money Booker, Master Card, VISA and so on. You can select the one you prefer to. 7. Production Time
For simple dress usually we need 7-15 days to finish (except holidays)
For big wedding gowns usually we need 15-20 days to finish (except holidays)
For URGENT orders, pls contact us to check if time is ok. There is often extra charges $15-$30. 8. Shipping Methods
Usually we use DHL, TNT, UPS, SCS, EMS and some other methods, we will choose a safe, fast and cheaper shipping method for you. We will tell you the tracking No. and tracking website by email after the dress was sent out. 9. Shipping Time
Usually the shipping time is as below shown, but for some far countries, it will take longer time to arrive.

10. Return Policy
Your satisfaction is always our priority. When you received the package, we encourage you to check and make sure that the dress had been made to your order specifications. Try on your dress as soon as possible without moving the tags, altering, or washing the dress. All returns must be sent within 7 days since the shipment being received. We only accept items in their original condition - unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged with original tags and packages. Requests to return items due to quality issues, damage during shipping, color/style/size error must be accompanied by photos or other evidence that clearly shows the problem with the item received. We reserve the right to charge a handling fee on all items returned for other reasons.
1) Color Mismatch
The settings of your computer screen may alter the color of the pictures shown on DressesRose STORE. Slight color mismatches between the color of your dress and the color shown on screen may not mean that the dress is defective or mis-shipped. However, if you are confident that you have received the item in a wrong color, please contact Customer Service to see if a return or refund is possible.
2) Size Errors
Please be aware that due to the nature of the handwork required, the finished gown may vary approximately 1" in either direction of specified measurements. If the dress size did not arrive in the specification as one ordered:
1. All dresses are made or come with margins for altering and tailoring if desired. one can choose to make the adjustments at a local tailor, in which case we will reimburse the tailoring costs as long as the costs does not exceed the original price of the dress by 50%. If the tailoring costs exceed the original price of the dress by 50%, we will reimburse only up to the amount equal to 50% of the dress's original cost.
2. We provide a modification service for our customers, who can send back the dress to us and get the dress modified within 7 working days. In this case, the buyer will be responsible for the shipping costs including returning and sending back after modification.
11. Order Cancellation
All dress orders which are cancelled within 72 hours of purchase will be eligible for a full refund. All dress orders cancelled after 72 hours will be eligible for a 25% partial refund. Please understand that we probably have started taloring your dress in 72 hours after the purchase.
12. Feedback
