The item will be sent to your Aliexpress‘s address ONLY. Normally, the item will be as gift with lower price.

Postage Fee Includes Shipping Fee, Warehouse, Packaging Materials, Fuel Charges, Boxes, Labels and Packaging cost. We will NOT be responsible for any delay during delivery including but not limit to customs routine checking, strike etc.

Return and compensation terms:

When staff of exprss company send you goods, please check them carefullly if there are any damages before you sign on waybill.

If Item is defective and not working on arrival, please report the item to us within 7 days of receiving the defective product so we can issue a RMA(Return Merchandise Authorization number). Please contact us to request a return authorization. Please include your name, auction number, and reason for return in the email. All items returned must contain all original packaging materials.

Please carefully repack the item. Items returned will be tested and if found defective, the buyer will be shipped a new replacement unit immediately. In the event that a suitable replacement is not available, refund will be issued. Shipping, handling and insurance fee are non refundable.

If the item is not found defective, the item will be sent back to the buyer at buyers expense. Items returned without RMA number will be refused and returned to the sender. Buyer is responsible for All Return Postage and Shipping Charges. Buyer is responsible for additional shipping cost for items that are returned refused or undeliverable. We do not accept any returns without an authorization number on the box or label.

We reserve the right to make the final decision in the event of any disputes.

Return of product is accepted provided:

(1) the item is found to be defective or item is not as described, and

(2) request for return is submitted in form of email to us within seven days from the date you received the item, and

(3) the item fails NOT due to accident, abuse or misuse, and

(4) the item has NOT been used or maintained in a manner not conforming to product manual instructions, and

(5) the item has NOT any serial number removed or defected.

A replacement will be sent or full refund, less restocking fee (15% of purchase price or minimum USD1.00) , will be issued when the failed item is received. We are NOT responsible for any loss and damage during return shipment.
