YTSJ-1 Working Principle

It uses a non-contact inductive element to detect the rotation signal of the touch wheel, and performs a logical operation to obtain the current running speed of the conveyor belt, and compares it with a preset value to determine whether the current running state of the conveyor is slipping or normal. When it is powered on, it has a 15 second start-up delay function (that is, when it is powered on, it controls the internal electronic switch K to close for 15 seconds), so as to prevent the conveyor from generating slip alarm in the speed-up stage after starting. If it detects that the current conveyor running speed is lower than the preset value, K is disconnected; if it detects that the current conveyor running speed is greater than the preset value, K is closed; （K in the figure is not a dry contact, but an electronic switch with the same purpose. When K is disconnected, the logic circuit can continue to work.）

It uses the two-wire electronic switching principle and is directly driven by the loop current (as long as the loop has a weak current to work), no additional power supply is required. 1. The wire or length of the connection line may cause induced voltage. When the induced voltage is higher than the PLC I / O level threshold, it will cause the PLC to fail to identify normal signals. It is used to prevent serious accidents caused by slippage when the belt and the active roller are slipped (stall) during belt conveyor operation. It can also be used for chain start and stop of multiple belt conveyors, low-speed brakes or overspeed protection, etc., making field operations simple and improving safety. The speed detector is horizontally installed on the conveyor bracket between the up belt and down belt, so that there is a certain pressure between the contact wheel and the belt surface, to prevent the misoperation caused by the contact wheel jumping. It can work without working power supply. When the running speed of the belt conveyor is lower than the set value of the product, the relay in the detector outputs the control signal, and the speed can be adjusted arbitrarily.

First, weld the fixed bracket on the cross beam of the conveyor, and then connect the arm with pin shaft and split pin on the bracket. The product shall be placed in the direction of belt running, and the contact wheel and belt shall be 200-300 mm.

The device can be installed at any position of the belt conveyor, as long as it can ensure the precise contact between the contact wheel and the belt. During installation, ensure that the axis of the contact wheel and the belt are parallel, and the movement direction is parallel to the running direction of the belt. The user can configure the mounting bracket according to the size and height of the belt. During installation, ensure that the contact wheel and the belt surface are within the elastic range, and that the bracket and the belt parallel plane are vertical.
